Our Administrative Team provide staff support and keeps our office up and running.
Join the Customer Care Team and help provide the
legendary Customer Service that CellularOne is known for! Our Customer
Care Department includes interaction with our
CellularOne customers, both in person and on the phone. The Service
Center is also a part of Customer Care and focuses on
technical product & service issues along with product use & repair.
Our Finance department deals with revenue assurance,
billing, payroll and every aspect of bookkeeping in a state of the art
computerized environment.
The Human Resources Department deals with the
company's most valuable resource: the employees who comprise the
CellularOne team. Our HR Department is responsible for hiring, benefits
administration, as well as the policies and procedures of the company.
Our Information Technology department provides computer and communications services to the entire company using state-of-the-art technologies. This department utilizes a Windows NT and Windows 2000 server farm hosting Internet/Intranet/Extranet functions and spanning five physical locations. We have an in-house programming staff who develop custom solutions for the various departments and our internally-hosted web site.
Our Sales Team is an enthusiastic group who
are responsible for sales of equipment, features and service plans both to
individual customers and businesses. CellularOne has
an inside sales team that work in our three beautiful retail locations along with
an outside sales force which focuses on our Central
Coast business community. We participate in many community & charity
events throughout the Central Coast.
The Technical Operations Department supports all of
our systems that provide wireless service throughout the county and into neighboring counties. Responsibilities in Tech Ops can range from Cell Site Technicians to RF and Switch
Engineers.
