Welcome and thank you for using our online Service Enrollment.

Step 1:
Fill out the online form: The information you are providing CellularOne will allow us to start processing your enrollment. Note that you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of San Luis Obispo County to sign up for service.

Step 2:
A CellularOne Representative will contact you: After you submit this information, we will call or email you to set up an appointment at the CellularOne store location of your choice.

Step 3:
To complete the process: At the store, we'll review with you your Rate Plan and Feature choices to make sure you are getting the service plan that best meets your needs. You'll also be able to pick out your new phone(s) and learn how to use it.

We carry a complete line of accessories to complement your new phone, including hands-free kits, covers & extra batteries!

Equipment Insurance
Yes, I wish to enroll in the Equipment Insurance Program. I will be billed $4.95 per phone per month and receive coverage for damage, loss and theft and mechanical and electrical malfunction (after the equipment manufacturer’s warranty expires). I understand that I may have a maximum of two claims fulfilled in a twelve month period, after which the feature will be removed from my account and I will no longer be billed for this service. I understand that there is a non-refundable deductible of $40, $70 or $100 (depending on phone claimed) per claim and the maximum reimbursement per claim is $500. I have received and read the brochure which details the coverage and the terms and conditions of the insurance program.

No, I do not wish to enroll in the Equipment Insurance Program. I understand that if my cellular equipment suffers loss, theft, damage, or mechanical and electrical malfunction (after the manufacturer’s warranty expires), I am solely responsible for the cost of repair or replacement to my device.

The Equipment Insurance Program is an insurance product provided to subscribers of CellularOne. Asurion Insurance Services, Inc. is the agent and provides claims servicing under this program. Liberty Mutual Insurance Company is the underwriter of this product.
