Learn How to Set Up Your New Voice Mail


Effective immediately, we have had to migrate all of our subscribers to our new voicemail server.

If you are having difficulty checking your voicemail messages, you will need to remove the password from the voicemail settings in your cell phone. This process varies with each phone model, so please call us at 805-543-0100 from another phone or bring your phone to our store at the corner of Marsh and Garden in San Luis Obispo so that we may help you. If you are unable to call or come in right away, you may still retrieve your voicemail messages by manually dialing your cell phone number from your cell phone.

To change your greeting, call in to your voicemail and enter Option 2 - "Personal Options" and follow the instructions given.

We have included a user guide for any other functions you need help with, such as checking your messages from another phone.

Please call us any time between the hours of 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday, so that we may help you with any of your voicemail issues.
